Seven Hills Foundation Accounting Associate/AP (85) in Worcester, Massachusetts
Responsible for the processing and payment of bills. Plans, directs, and administers programs to purchase materials, supplies, equipment and service for Seven Hills. Performs duties and responsibilities under the supervision of the Controller and Senior Vice President of Finance.
Review and process all invoices received.
Encode and input A/P data into computer system and process checks for payment.
Monitor A/P reports and makes necessary changes and/or corrections.
Assist in answering questions and resolving A/P billing disputes between Foundation and various venders.
Direct the purchasing of materials, supplies, equipment, and services. Implement systems contracts where appropriate and continually search out any and all cost savings programs of benefit to the Foundation and its subsidiaries.
Serve as prime contact with all suppliers on all technical, quality and commercial matters.
B.S. Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited college and one to two (1-2) years related work experience.
