Citibank, N.A. seeks a Credit Portfolio Senior Manager, VP for its Wilmington, Delaware location.

Duties: Perform analytics in Credit Card Risk involving Fraud Risk analysis to detect First Party fraud (credit abuse) trends. Use statistical analytical tools including SAS and SQL to drive end to end credit abuse solutions and identify relationships and trends in data for strategies to mitigate credit abuse risk. Use statistical and mathematical analyses and statistical segmentation tools, Enterprise Miner and SAS. Use regression and segmentation techniques for enhanced First Party Fraud detection. Perform transaction-level analytics for informed decisions about credit abuse. Analyze credit card Profit and Loss and underlying drivers and leverage Credit Bureau and transactional attributes. Evaluate new modeling and data solutions for enhanced detection. Adapt statistical methods to improve account and transaction approval. Work with modeling team and leverage advanced modeling solutions in credit abuse policy. Collaborate with Fraud to understand unusual transaction scenarios for fraud mitigation. Work with Credit Operations and Risk Capability teams to help optimize credit abuse referral procedures. Use Excel to manipulate data and create charts/graphs. Use credit abuse MIS to track strategy performance and identify opportunities for policy improvement. Synthesize analysis and succinctly communicate to senior management.

Qualifications

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field and 9 years of experience in risk and financial analytics for fraud and transactional analyses. 9 years of experience must include: Statistical analysis using SAS and SQL; Credit card Profit and Loss and drivers; Regression and segmentation; Fraud and industry trends; Using Excel to manipulate data and create charts/graphs; Data and platform architecture.
