Job Duties

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing consultative assistance to department Leadership, managers and staff to interpret complex issues.

Analyze discrepancies and meet with the Executive Director Department Chair Medical & Quality Directors as well as employees to discuss implementation and corrections needed to resolve issues.

Research, analyze and implement complex patient care, research and business issues.

Manage meeting agendas and assist Executive Director with preparing for meetings.

Generates data management reports.

Participates in the development of new information systems.

Monitors all systems to ensure that they are working as designed.

Coordinates improvement processes as needed.

Designs and creates data gathering instruments.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

Master’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Requires 5 years of experience conducting analysis, requirements definition, and reporting support.

Requires 5 years of demonstrated experience producing reporting and data visualizations in addition to supporting analytical and ad-hoc analysis with SAP Business Objects, or other Business Intelligence platform.

Healthcare experience is highly required

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate up, down and

across levels of the organization.

Ability to create, manage and enhance interdepartmental relationships

Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a complex and matrixed team environment; experience working in a

team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines.

Skills in Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
