  • Increase Sales of Survey products in the Western region.

  • Increase the number of dealers in the Western region.

  • Identify competitors and make sure that we are staying competitive.

  • Working with survey products with dealers to make sure they understand our advantages.

  • Manage dealer’s expectations.

  • Find the best dealers by state for GEO.

  • Work with dealer’s sales staff to increase sales.

  • Grow Topcon and Sokkia distribution in the West.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of BS/BA degree in business or two years associates degree in Civil or geomantic technology.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in technical sales or dealer management required.

  • Survey knowledge

  • Word, Excel, Power point

  • Presentation Skills

  • Technical Training capability

  • Basic problem solving skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to manage conflict
