This position will support the newly formed CMO Specialty Office Initiatives team. The position will provide the continuity between the Line of Business stakeholders, Property Management teams and Construction Management teams necessary to ensure successful implementation by CPG. Due to the addition of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and potentially other LOB programs, this position is needed to drive consistency, communication, information transparency and quality control to the stakeholders in WIM & Wells Fargo HM.

This position will be responsible for managing multiple information systems across CPG, including a newly created SharePoint application used to align the Retail CMO team members and other stakeholders and support partners. In addition, this position will be responsible to develop and maintain a static repository for process related tools and guidelines for the Specialty Office initiatives team. To be successful, the team member will need to establish a working knowledge of CPG and Wells Fargo systems and processes, utilize current technology to solve for program related needs and work with CPG and enterprise resources to drive for solutions.

Specific Responsibilities will Include:

Alignment with Specialty Office initiatives and construction management team to create solutions and support for LOB stakeholders and other support partners

Collaboration with partners to develop tools for reporting, tracking and escalation for each program

Establish and maintain Specialty Office Initiatives SharePoint database

Development of processes and scope standards to support program data mapping and validation

Coordination with Information Technology partners to evaluate, document and deliver custom reporting

Creation of training material for each tool/resource to support consistent implementation

Facilitation of training sessions for Implementing CMO team

Acting as a liaison to partner teams, including Property Management, Branded Environments, and Technology, Finance and Standards and Process teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
