As a Senior Director, your main responsibility is to develop, manage and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns as an important member of our marketing leadership team. This role is the leader of our marketing efforts in these regions and reports to the CMO.
Managing the execution performance to meet specific sales community pipeline needs.
Oversee the development of a strategic marketing plan to generate pipeline and accelerate deals—must be able to segment tactical activities by micro-vertical, geography and account priorities.
Owning a budget, driving the Marketing Mix, allocating funds across events, and conducting metric and ROI analyses on program effectiveness; measuring the business impact of events in terms of revenue and attendance through analysis of sales and marketing reports and presenting results to Marketing and Sales management.
Preparing and providing communications to ensure that the regional sales team is aware of planned activities and understands how to leverage them; interfacing with various internal groups such as, Corporate Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations with respect to program creation and execution.
Working with 3rd-party or Industry channels, online social communities, sales partners, user groups, etc., to serve as a delivery (presentation) interface for standardized marketing event kits for high volume program initiatives; incorporating the use of these groups into the regional strategic marketing plan.
Work collaboratively with the broader Marketing organization to ensure alignment with company messaging.
Driving company understanding of complexity around country level marketing including country specific websites and government regulations (ie GDPR)
Work Location:UK London Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years marketing experience with at least 2 years in Software/Technology marketing; field or channel marketing background helpful.
Extensive SaaS and ERP marketing experience along with Industry marketing knowledge
Experience managing/leading teams (direct and/or virtual)
Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities
Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential
Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management; must be able to massage content to suite specific and targeting programs, customers, and industries
Must be familiar with or able to quickly learn a variety of business application systems
Role requires close coordination with virtual teams
Management level position; reports to CMO
