Experian Decisioning as a Service – New Business Consultant in United States

The Decisioning as a Service -- New Business Consultant is accountable for generating new revenue for the Decisioning as a Service business by creating of winning solution propositions, by producing high-quality proposals, and by driving contracts to signature. The New Business Consultant coordinates with the Decisioning as a Service – Decisioning Consultant for delivery of best-in-class solutions. The New Business Consultant is accountable for delivering a “One Experian” value proposition and for driving significant revenue for numerous Experian businesses including Consumer Information Services (CIS), Decision Analytics (DA), Global Consulting Practice (GCP), Business Information Services (BIS), Automotive (Auto) and Experian Consumer Services (ECS). The New Business Consultant collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure solution propositions meet internal compliance approvals and membership requirements. The New Business Consultant is a strong advocate and evangelist for Decisioning as a Service and drives business via Experian’s direct Sales force.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for developing solution propositions and solution overviews that meet clients’ business needs.

  • Accountable for developing winning proposals that promote “One Experian” and that drive revenue across multiple business, while ensuring that compliance and membership requirements are met.

  • Accountable for capturing high-level requirements and obtaining accurate level-of-effort estimates (across multiple business units as applicable).

  • Accountable for driving client-funded (or client-directed) product innovation.

  • Ensures strong coordination and effective transition to the Decisioning as a Service – Decisioning Consultant for new business at new clients (where applicable).

  • Responsible for promoting Decisioning as a Service via case studies, training sessions, executive briefings, speaking engagement and other opportunities.

  • Responsible for collaborating with Decisioning as a Service – Decisioning Consultant and GCP to create and drive solution roadmaps at existing clients.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • Ability to capture abstract and complex decisioning requirements and document in professional grade flow charts and solution overview diagrams.

  • Excellent knowledge of the decisioning process and the practical application of data, credit attributes, scoring and complex decisioning criteria for credit-related decision areas.

  • Excellent knowledge of existing Experian products and services across multiple businesses (CIS, DA, BIS, Auto and ECS) and ability to integrate into winning propositions.

  • Effective communications skills to work directly with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of PowerCurve Strategy Management a plus!

  • Bachelor´s or Master Degree.

  • 6-8 years of related experience.
