Responsibilities include serving as manager of the front office desk, greeting guests, answering the phone, assisting in scheduling appointments for advisors and the director, and working with student workers. Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and various web browsers.
Must be able to work in close proximity to another staff member in a high-traffic area. Must present a positive attitude in a stressful work environment and practice extreme customer service.
Associates degree and 4 years clerical experience in a related position/setting, experience working with the public, experience in an academic area and/or administrative office
Familiarity with Oklahoma State University computer systems (particularly Banner)
