Regional eBusiness Consultant, Global Portal
Leads and manages the delivery of Global Portal throughout APJC.
Works with Global Program teams, Sales and the customer to analyses customer needs and determine the appropriate eBusiness solution.
Develops regional and global on-boarding plans and schedules based on prioritization including requirements, tasks, review points and reporting.
Serves as a liaison between the customer and company’s IT team and other core business partners for eBusiness solutions.
Delivers and maintains a superior online customer experience.
Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Global Portal.
Measures and manages activities against key KPI’s. Delivers programs to meet core financial goals.
Applies deep understanding of emerging online demand generation programs site search strategies to increase revenues and enhance the customer experience. Identifies and recommends future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class eCommerce site.
Represents the globally agile corporate consumer, assessing the marketing, and merchandising point of view to identify new business/content opportunities and effectiveness of programs.
Applies deep understanding of emerging online demand generation programs focused on affiliate marketing, shopper channels and email marketing.
Directs the development team for implementation and testing of all new functions/features.
Leads online content partnerships, measures and manages web usage/trends and manages partner and vendor relationships.
Integrating emerging social commerce into the site strategy and customer experience.
Re-defines internal processes, governance and work-flow to best serve all stakeholders end-to-end through the quote to order life-cycle.
Manage regional delivery of page setup, content and structure for B2B integration via GIA/DM, with capacity to extend to global outcomes.
Outstanding eCommerce background, living and breathing online
Customer facing and at ease with presenting directly and via web tools

Superior knowledge of Dell’s back-office systems and existing Global Portal experience
Multi-lingual with flawless English spoken and written skills
Intimate knowledge of Dell’s IT development and support structures
