Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and develop strong working relationships with country business groups across managed geography to deliver mutually agreed service levels.

•Formalize and commit CTI Service Level Management into the business.

•Establish, monitor and communicate technology infrastructure policies and standards in relation to service, problem and change management, security, continuity of business and audit compliance.

•Administer, manage and implement global and regional technology infrastructure initiatives in accordance with the overall business goals of the country.

•Plan and budget for the organization based on short-term and long-term goals, encompassing operations, equipment and staffing to address primarily Wintel, voice and data network needs, across all sectors and branches.

•Manage CTI Operations financials in a cost effective manner. Key responsibilities include yearly budgeting, expense management, business allocation model/method and monthly financials management reporting.

•Coordinate the planning and budgeting cycle of the business with project technology resource requirements and its associated costs.

•Evaluate new technology with CTI Applied Engineering and assess applicability to the requirements of country; identify and evaluate potential areas of improvement through the use of new technology.

•Ensure country resources work closely and effectively with regional service domain to provide quality service delivery to the businesses and clients.

•Manage country resources in an effective and efficient manner to meet productivity ratio target. At the same time, fulfil agreed service level with businesses.

•Manage a multiple vendor environment with to achieve optimum results from a technical, cost and service delivery perspective.

•Establish control and governance in compliance with local and organizational regulatory requirements, this includes enforcing CTI standard operational processes, CITMP and effective GRC, to satisfy audit requirements.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, management, interpersonal and influencing skills

•Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate across all levels within and outside the organization. Fluent in English and Arabic.

•Must be proactive, hands-on, customer-oriented and a team player

•Has good initiative, self-motivated and embrace meritocracy

•Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
