Network and Security Pre Sales Consultant
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pre Sales Consultant at Arrow is responsible for working within the Arrow ECS network and security pre-sales team, undertaking a challenging role by supporting our valued partners across the Network and Security product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have successfully gained working knowledge in a previous pre-sales role and show accreditations in software security skills. They would also have a Strong understanding of IT networking to at least Cisco CCNA level. Checkpoint and Riverbed technical Knowledge.

Flexible approach to working hours and practices.
Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly is essential.
Experience in a busy customer orientated department either face-to-face or by phone.
Excellent customer service skills.
Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
