A little bit about you:
You have 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations or administrative support.
You have a mega positive attitude and a proven track record of taking ownership in difficult situations.
You’re a leader among your peers, and use effective communication to get co-workers in other departments to follow your lead.
You are an ace on a computer and are often times showing your peers how to more effectively accomplish their tasks digitally. You also have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Others see you as a trusted advisor who is an expert in certain areas of your current business.
You are able to travel to other locations within Virginia up to one time per week (we provide mileage reimbursement).
Bonus Points if you have:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting sales professionals, leasing, or vendor management
While every day is different, here's what your role will entail:
The MOST important part of this job is supporting our Sales Team. This takes a positive, calm, and detail-oriented attitude. Professional maturity is a MUST! Your success is judged on your ability to become a Trusted Advisor to the business by building relationships with Sales Managers & Representatives, as well as stakeholders in Admin and Service. It’s also incredibly important that you and your teammates respond to all requests in a shared inbox within 4 business hours.
Managing our leasing program is another big aspect of this role: you’ll develop partnerships with Leasing Vendors to negotiate approvals, create spreadsheet billing, and quickly resolve complicated or escalated customer service challenges. You’ll also make sure all customer leases are with one of our preferred partners by making business cases when credit is declined, and using knowledge of leasing options ( such as personal guarantee or EFT) to gain approval.
Put your attention to detail to work as you process sales orders, agreements, lease terminations, and contract cancellations quickly and accurately. And assist with inventory accuracy by efficiently entering loaners, swaps, lease returns, and decommissioned equipment within 48 hours of disposition.
Love managing a project? You’ll acts as the project coordinator for all large customer orders, include managing all aspects of delivery, implementation, training, and billing.
You’ll help our Sales Team prepare for customer Quarterly Account Reviews, so that the team understands and assists with customer billing or leasing needs. We’ll count on you to partner with Sales Reps to provide assistance and make recommendations to increase customer satisfaction.
Because you like to make things better and more efficient, you’ll suggest, test, and implement process improvement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, create efficiencies, and reduce expenses.
