AES Certified is seeking an experienced CDL A Licensed Truck Driver(s)to execute general Industrial Service tasks associated with environmental service companies in Tulsa. Truck Driver(s) must be able to demonstrate safe operation of assigned equipment in changing operating conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proficient in tracking Hours of Service (Log Book).

  • Capable of performing then documenting Pre/Post Daily Inspections.

  • Capable of passing a Road Test with Administrator.

  • Driver must be able to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English Language.

  • Read and interpret the site-specific Safety Plan.

  • Read and interpret truck operator’s manual; most vehicles are company-owned; some rentals may be encountered, so the driver must adapt accordingly.

  • Read SDS which accompany all chemicals at the hazardous waste site.

  • Operate/drive construction-specific truck equipment.

  • Execute tasks after receiving detailed written and/or oral instructions.

  • Experienced drivers may be tasked with training new or less-experienced drivers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exemplify a strong, reliable work ethic and safety attitude.

  • Able to successfully pass all required training (i.e. HAZWOPER, etc.).

Experience & Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Must have current DOT medical certificate.

  • Must have and maintain a valid CDL A driver’s license with minimum Tanker Endorsement.

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience driving Tractor / Trailers.

  • Must pass all required DOT compliance training and drug and alcohol screening(s).

  • PREFER - Current 40-hr HAZWOPER Training.
