IQPC New Business Development (Inside Sales) in Tampa, Florida

IQPC has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join the our Tampa division!

The New Business Development Executive on our Event Sponsorship team is responsible for selling sponsorship opportunities to help businesses create sales and marketing platforms at our North American Exchanges.


Here’s a sample of what you’ll get to do everyday!

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, the industry and our competitors

  • Market research and lead sourcing of potential sales prospects

  • Developing a continuous pipeline of sales leads

  • Pitching and tailoring sponsorship opportunities to clients over the telephone and face-to-face (predominately phone based)

  • Applying the IQPC sales methodology in order to close business

  • Working towards monthly sales performance targets

  • Preparing sales contracts to send out to clients

  • Speak with F1000 C Level Executives to help them meet their organization’s business needs

  • Developing long term business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

  • Onsite management of sponsors attending conferences

  • Keeping your work up to date in the corporate CRM system

  • B2B experience (inside sales a plus)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Professional with good communications skills, has confidence to converse with senior decision makers

  • Ability to maintain company KPIs

  • Previous experience with research and lead generation

  • Self-Starter and a thirst for more a must
