Claims Intake Customer Service Coordinator - Part Time ($16.35/Hour) Ready for a transformational contact center role within the Customer Protection department? As a Claims Intake Center associate, your primary functions will be answering inbound calls from customers who have been victims of fraud or would like to dispute transactions on their accounts. You will gather information, file claims, and set proper expectations of next steps. Primary responsibilities include: - Answering inbound calls from customers who want to dispute bank account transactions - Assisting customers with transaction inquiries - Updating customers on the status of claims that could not be resolved in the first call - Documenting all case information in various bank systems - Effective time management - Stay abreast of all changes, developments and enhancements for all systems, products, and upgrades - Adhere to all regulatory requirements The Claims Intake Department is open Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT. The part time position is 20 hours per week and can be tailored to a school schedule. Scheduling is based on business needs, which may include morning to mid-afternoon or afternoon to close, and may include Saturdays. Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience - At least 1 year customer service experience Preferred Qualifications: - At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office products or G Suite At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
