Job id : 62561 POSITION SUMMARY: The Reception Concierge is responsible for daily coordination of the patient and clinic activities in the lobby of the Occupational Medicine clinic. This includes greeting and registering patients, maintain lobby cleanliness and brand elements, executing opening and closing procedures related to front office activities, and collecting appropriate monies from patients. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience at the beginning and close of patient visits, as well as providing excellent customer service over the telephone. In addition, the Reception Concierge works closely with Clinical Concierge colleagues to ensure ongoing communication throughout the patient visit for optimal patient flow. Work situations are a variety of functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Clinic environment includes walk-in and appointment based care, with a wide variety in patient registration volumes throughout the shift. This position requires a highly collaborative approach to patient services, including coordination with other system urgent care centers and Occupational medicine clinics, shifts are 8 hours Monday Friday. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a health-related field, preferred EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: AA/AS degree preferred, or on-the-job related experience MultiCare is an equal opportunity employer.
