Position Category: Software Development Company/Location (search) : Country (Full Name): : United States Job Description Amazon Elastic Container Service team (Amazon ECS) is looking for Software Development Engineers to help drive the development of new highly scalable and secure service to help our customers with application security, communication, deployment and debugging. You'll be part of a team in a fast-paced environment that has the entrepreneurial feel of a start-up. You would be addressing the challenges that directly impact how our customers build and deploy their applications. You will get the opportunity to work directly with customers and see your solutions impacting the way they succeed. You will manage and engineer systems on a massive scale, and to gain experience in cloud computing, containers, networking, and open source technologies like Envoy, Linkerd, Docker, Istio, to name a few. Expert in at least one modern programming language such as Go, C++, C#, Python, or Java. Experience with containers and microservice architectures. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Solid knowledge of Linux fundamentals. Fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
