job id - REQ15921 The selected candidate will be required to track and report project financials, milestone schedule, status updates, risk registers and other regular reporting required by the client. Project Management experience in financial services/retail banking industry is preferred. If this role requires management of a small project management delivery team, the candidate will be expected to ensure quality control, consistency and enforce process amongst all team members. This includes verifying data accuracy for all consolidated reporting and other updates required from the client. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on project location, client interaction and team coordination. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Potential management of a small tea of project managers. Enforce quality control, consistency and process. Responsible for data accuracy and reporting to the client. Manage career development plans for direct reports. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is preferred. Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction. Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required Experience with Financial Services is preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web based applications Familiarity with architectural drawings; furniture, fixtures, and equipment; design and space planning concepts; construction costs and schedules. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability. Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
