The North America Consumer Finance team has an immediate opening for a Finance Manager to lead Free Cash Flow (FCF) Initiatives. FCF Initiatives span across the organization and product categories to drive operating improvements that generate growth and profitability. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership of the Consumer business, as well as retail finance controllers, operations, and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include: Identify savings opportunities across the Consumer business. Build and manage models to size the opportunity of potential new programs. Recommend new programs and expansion of current programs that will drive growth or reduce costs. Share best practices across product category and operations teams. Ownership of reporting and analysis for the overall North America FCF program. Controllership of the business. Be comfortable with details and complicated data and presenting these findings to senior management. A polished professional presence and the ability to influence is critical. Candidates will also have strong business judgment and an interest in understanding consumer behavior. Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field. 5+ years of relevant, progressive finance experience. Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred. A proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership and delivering results. Have a firm grasp of financial processes and broad commercial understanding. Experience working in a matrix environment, knows how to influence strategy and achieve goals. Demonstrated excellent business judgment and can generate ideas and solve problems independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused, professional demeanor.
