Robert Half International Bookkeeper in SCHENECTADY, New York
Small local company seeking a part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office and must have a few years of experience as a bookkeeper. Responsibilities will include receiving customer payments, generating invoices, reports, handling monthly reconciliation, and related bookkeeping functions. Candidates will also be responsible for Office Manager duties such as answering the phone, handling customer inquires, light purchasing, and other miscellaneous office duties as needed. Experience in manufacturing is preferred. This position is a temporary to full-time opportunity for 20-25 hours per week.
