Fidelity Investments Director, Solutions Consultant in Salt Lake City, Utah
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for the presentation and approval of process automation (BPM/Workflow Solutions, Robotics, Process Analytics, Digitization of Service) proposals to business units and functions across Fidelity. This role will focus on partnering with customers across Fidelity’s business units to propose solutions to optimize and automate their business processes using a comprehensive technology suite. They will play a lead role in engagements that map out current state business processes, analyze those current states for efficiency and automation opportunities, set the desired state objectives, and propose solutions. In addition, they will develop the metrics to measure project success and the tools to quantify those metrics in such terms as process KPI's, operational dashboards and activity-based cost savings.
The Expertise We are Looking For
BS in engineering and/or business. Certification or equivalent in relevant BPMS systems and technologies.
5 years experience selling or representing automated BPMS or workflow solutions that have measurable impact on a business operation, working from consultative analysis stages through the process design and implementation stages
Deep understanding of BPM industry best practices and implementation patterns
Strong background in proposing BPMS solutions within financial services, with an understanding of the frameworks and templates specific to financial services
Strong working knowledge of at least one BPM change methodology

- The purpose of your role is to effectively communicate and deliver process automation tools/technologies solution proposals within process re-engineering engagements. Through these deliveries, you will contribute to Fidelity’s transformation to a digital-first organization, improving the scale and efficiency of Fidelity’s operations along with improving both the Associate and Customer experience.

- You will be measured on your ability to quickly/efficiently deliver process automation solution proposals within process re-engineering engagements into Fidelity customer-facing and back-office operations. You will be measured by your impact on improving Fidelity’s ability to scale, operate efficiently, decrease servicing costs and improve the associate and customer experience.
