Position Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the inbounds (Return and Stock shipments), complaint handling process, Hardware- and Marketing outbounds, hardware contract management, service invoicing and the stock reconciliations. Additionally, this new position will be assisting the Service, Logistics and Sales Operations departments and will be operating out of the Service Center which is located in the warehouse (‘s-Hertogenbosch area). This position will have a dotted report line to the Manager of Logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • CoordinateCustomerComplaints

  • Manage Returns (RGA’s)

  • Manage Loaner/Rental Contract Process

  • Service, Repair and Maintenance invoicing

  • Hardware Orders to Customers/Trunk Stock

  • Marketing & Education Outbounds

  • Inbound process - Stock shipments

  • Supervise warehouse/customer service activities outsourced to the 4PL

  • Support for inventory rework projects

  • Weekly Stock Reconciliation

  • Assist/Back up Service Center/Logistics/Sales Operations activities


  • MBO degree

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in supply chain, customer service or sales support

  • Strong written/verbal communication in English

  • Ability to work in a variety of systems (ERP systems, CRM, Service Management Systems, WMS/TMS)


  • Strong Excel skills

  • Written/Verbal communication in German

  • Verbal communication in French is optional

  • Experience in the medical device field
