Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Administrative support as part of a shared Administrative team

  • Reception, opening and distributing mail, inventory, Accounts Payable

  • Composes and types routine correspondence; prepares outgoing mail and correspondence including e-mails and faxes

  • Coordinates and arranges meeting, prepares agendas, reserves facilities

  • Arranges and coordinates reservations for travel

  • Performs key operator duties for all office machines

  • Assists various departments with administrative tasks

  • Reports to Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED plus two years additional administrative assistant background required

  • Associates degree preferred

  • Strong skills in Microsoft office, excel and power point

  • Self-reliant and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility

  • Ability to work with confidential information
