Position:

MasterBrand Cabinets is currently accepting applications for Team Lead positions within our manufacturing facilities on shift 1 and shift 2.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Ability to read & understand: instructions and schedules.

  • Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipient.

  • Math skills to calculate inventory and product counts.

  • Strong organizational skills required.

  • Strong leadership abilities.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Knowledge of cabinet components.

  • Knowledge of quality standards.

  • Knowledge of computers.

Description of duties:

  • Leads area to achieve production goals.

  • Prepare daily assignments.

  • Responsible for security of area and maintaining inventory accuracy.

  • Works some overtime and weekends. Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to problem solve and have good communication skills.

  • Effectively lead employees to ensure we achieve HPU goals.

  • Motivate employees to perform their best

  • Be able to plan ahead to prevent parts shortages

  • All other duties as may be assigned at management's discretion

Position Requirements:

Some positions require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, moving materials up to 50 lbs., climbing a ladder up to 20 ft. in the air, and standing the entire shift.

Work Environment:

Fast paced

Frequent exposure to wood dusts, finish materials, and cabinet-making materials

Multiple shifts available

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
