Princeton Health is currently searching for a Part Time, Days, Nursing Supervisor for Princeton Caregivers.

Position Summary: The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for the planning, coordinating and delivery of quality care and services, maintaining supervision and direction of nursing and paraprofessional services. The supervisor takes reasonable steps to ensure that services are available; care and services provided by the staff are coordinated and integrated; policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of care and services are developed and implemented. Responsibilities are performed in compliance with Agency policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State and local regulations.


All Princeton Health employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.


  • Associate's degree in nursing

  • Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of New Jersey

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last three (3) years

  • Possess ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary for the provision of care

  • Ability to communicate information concerning a patient’s condition clearly

  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures, regulations and guidelines that pertain to home health care

  • Pushing/Pulling Lifting/Carrying up to 10 pounds


  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)

  • Master's degree in nursing (MSN)

  • Six (6) months of supervisory experience
