Responsible for assisting with the needs of the customers and associates and proactively responding through the development and implementation of appropriate action directed by HR Director or Sr. HR Generalist. Assist in the implementation of efficient, effective and responsive employment plans and Human Resources processes, to include but not limited to recruitment and new hire orientation.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
1 year human resource generalist experience.
Experience with database management, MS Excel, HRIS, and report writing.
Significant knowledge of HR analytics.
Knowledge of governmental regulations and legal compliance regarding employment, compensation, and benefits.
Knowledge of development and implementation of training programs.
Demonstrates ability to plan, organize, develop and implement the program goals, objectives, and principles that are necessary for retention and recruitment strategies.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other business related degree, preferred.
High School diploma
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, preferred.
