Summary of Job:

Responsible for acting in a support role to housekeepers and supervisors. Responsible for cleaning hallways and removing trash while providing great customer service. Works in a fast and efficient manner.

Job Functions:

  • Provides housekeepers with needed supplies and stocks storerooms.

  • Removes trash and soiled linens. Prepares and separates soiled linens and terry for pick up.

  • Use floor equipment as required in the units, hallways, etc.

  • Flips mattresses over on a quarterly basis or as required by manufacturer.

  • Immediately notifies supervisor of any equipment failure.

  • Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.

Employment and Education Requirements:

  • High School education or GED.

  • Prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service experience preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Must meet company and clients appearance standards.

  • Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

  • Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
