BASIC PURPOSE : The primary purpose of the Bank Audit Coordinator position is to make sure all deposits are accounted for.
Gathering all activity from every stores bank account.
Reconciling deposits between bank and Agility using Gateway and making any necessary changes in Agility.
Audit travel stops, restaurant and c-stores sales reports for accuracy
Answering cash questions from stores.
Auditing safe write-offs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Some experience in accounting is highly recommended
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel; strong team building skills
Typical Physical Demands:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
