As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: answer incoming calls, greet and provide guidance to visitors, schedule patient appointments, maintain calendars, maintain and order office supplies, assist with mailing and document shipping, faxing, filing, and various administrative projects as requested.
