FP&A Manager, Sales, Marketing & Product Management
About the role: This critical position will function as a catalyst aligning the needs and objectives of Sales, Marketing and Product Management organizations with the singular goal of planning for and achieving profitable topline growth.
Collaborate with and support business unit Leaders across the Sales & Services, Marketing, and Product Management business units to facilitate achievement of goals against operational performance metrics.
Facilitate a detailed financial planning process resulting in a bookings pipeline that is driven by a robust product roadmap and through Go to Market and pricing strategy.
Maintain standard financial templates in support of the Quarterly and Annual forecasting process.
Prepare and communicate monthly and quarterly financial reports – provide insightful analysis on budget variances on expense and Headcount trends.
Manage the month-end accrual process.
New Product/Solutions Introduction
- Analyze, synthesize, and validate business cases providing key inputs for Finance leadership to make go/no-go decisions on new products/solutions.
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field of study
Highly proficient in Excel w/ proven ability to engineer scalable models.
6-8 years of business partnership experience preferably supporting Sales and services organization within the software/Fintech industry.
Working knowledge of general accounting concepts
Experience with Salesforce.com and Hyperion suite preferred
