As Digital Product Manager, you will work with teams across the company to define and oversee new digital products that resonate with users purchasing sleep products on Helixsleep.com. You will manage an agile process with Engineering, Design, and QA as well as support our internal software tools for Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience. This position reports to the Director of Digital Product with opportunities to shape the digital product strategy and overall product roadmap for Helix.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work with development, design, and QA in an agile environment to oversee new digital products on Helixsleep.com from ideation through launch

  • Understand the digital product and eCommerce landscape and show a passion for the products you build

  • Know what an MVP is and take ownership of product inititatives

  • Meet regularly with Marketing, Physical Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to gather requirements and support internal software tools

  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Product to help define the overall digital product strategy and roadmap

  • Define KPIs for all initiatives and update stakeholders on product success

  • Work with the creative team to prototype and run user tests for initiatives prior to launch

  • Prioritize and manage the digital product backlog including ongoing bug fixes and enhancements

Background and Experience:

  • Comfortable managing an agile development process and experience working with Jira

  • Superb communication skills and patience with others

  • Self starter with leadership skills to motivate a team

  • Passionate about UX and a strong advocate for end users

  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, etc)

  • General awesomeness and a sense of humor; appreciation of high quality sleep products

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience:

  • 2-3+ years experience in a Software Product Management role at a startup

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies

  • Knowledge of analytics tools
