Commercial Banking (CB) serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. Project Welcome is a key transformational initiative focused on streamlining the client on-boarding process, creating a better experience for employees and a smoother, simpler and faster implementation of products and services for our clients. The Project Welcome PMO will be responsible for coordinating activities across the Welcome work streams while partnering closely with other transformation teams and the CB Transformation Office PMO. This role offers a high level of visibility into the Commercial Banking business strategy and the opportunity to be a key player in the execution of one of the Commercial Bank’s marquee transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program-wide reporting for CB Operating Committee, Transformation leadership and key business and functional stakeholders

  • Maintain integrated delivery roadmap across Welcome program, in close partnership with the Field Enablement team

  • Leverage roadmaps to enable key partners in communications and planning activities

  • Prepare presentation materials to be shared with business groups, senior management and other relevant stakeholders

  • Provide project management support across Welcome work streams to manage internal deadlines and ensure program delivery remains on track

  • Develop and track Welcome key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to delivery roadmap and targeted program benefits

  • Identify and track achievements, open items, issues and risk across the program to monitor progress and inform staffing and investment decisions

  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders to drive transparency around delivery roadmap, ensure alignment with business priorities and communicate ongoing progress

  • Partner with Finance to provide input and guidance on budget development and ongoing support

  • Drive agenda, materials and action items for key Welcome program meetings

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including experience in strategy, project management, or business management at a financial services, technology, or fintech firm

  • Knowledge of treasury services, corporate/commercial banking and implementations, client service and KYC functions and platforms a significant plus

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving consensus with diverse stakeholders within large organizations

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro+) required

  • Familiarity with internal JPMC systems is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus
