This Reliability Coordinator will own the mechanical equipment in the Power Plant and will be responsible for overseeing routine maintenance with mill personnel and contractors, diagnosing issues on the equipment, and ensuring that work is completed and maintained in a reliable state. This position reports to the Power Plant Maintenance Supervisor. nn

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

+ Exemplify MBM Guiding Principles through everyday interactions with customers, peers, and managers

+ Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in power and recovery operations

n

+ Understand environmental, safety, and health hazards within the department

n

+ Ensure strict adherence and compliance with government requirements and corporate policies relative to the safe or environmentally sound operation of work assets

n

+ Establish and maintain liaison with maintenance and operations teams to execute asset strategies

n

+ Potentially execute asset strategies and maintenance tasks as needed

n

+ Perform prioritized maintenance scheduling in alignment with asset strategies and reliability

n

+ Lead in the troubleshooting of failed equipment and lead Root Cause Analysis meetings

n

+ Material coordination that includes expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the right parts are available for the job

n

+ Contract management of contractors, including scope of work, reviewing quotes, and creating payment authorizations

n

+ Review inspection reports and recommend repair plans

n

+ Provide feedback for process improvement, work execution, and reliability interaction

n

+ Train employees on asset strategies, troubleshooting, RCAs, scheduling or other processes as needed

+ Associate Degree or higher in a Maintenance Technology, an Engineering field or Power Plant Technology OR Five (5) or more years of Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or Power Plant experience

+ Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, utlook

+ Five (5) or more years of experience working within a Power Plant in a Paper Mill

n

+ Production or project planning and scheduling experience

n

+ Experience in material and supply systems, FA Asset Suite/Indus work management, inventory, and purchasing modules, PTM and SAP

n

+ Experience using Microsoft Project
