Under the general supervision of the Director Branded Jewellery, the Merchandise Coordinator - Branded Jewellery provides the necessary support, ensuring the successful administration of programs as well as communications related to product information. He / she provides a high quality of customer service to all external and internal customers.

To do so, the Merchandise Coordinator - Branded Jewellery will be expected to…

  • Create and administrates purchase orders (revisions)

  • Maintain cost and price files

  • Administer cost and price changes

  • Create and maintains automatic replenishment orders on the system

  • UPC creation and maintenance

  • Communicate with Vendors on order status (internal and external)

  • Communicate with Vendors on invoicing, shipping issues, Quality Control rejections/returns

  • Manage incoming calls from Retail stores, Vendors

  • Handle stock balancing follow-up with stores

  • Coordinate the availability of samples required for advertising

  • Assist with the preparation and communication of product knowledge packages and display diagrams

  • Provide support to Retail as it relates to position responsibilities

  • Responsible for non-replenishment merchandise allocation and maintenance of mins

  • Manage RTV process (recall, procedures, preparation of export documents, Vendor follow-up)

  • Coordinate inventory adjustments as needed with Retail and Inventory Control

  • Run reports and does other admin tasks

  • Participate in other tasks and special projects as may be required

Our ideal candidate has…


  • College Degree in Administration or Marketing;


  • 3 years of clerical and administrative experience, preferably in a comparable environment


  • Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Knowledge of Jewelry is a definite asset

  • Solid knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • AS400 an asset

  • Teamwork

  • Customer Service

  • Bilingual preferred: French and English (spoken/written).
