Job Description

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Monroe, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be directly supporting the HR team with various admin tasks.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling of interviews for recruiters

  • Speaking to applicants about application issues

  • Assist employees with I9 forms

  • Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate people in the department

This position is full time Monday-Friday, and starts at $14 per hour. The position is a temp-perm opportunity. If hired permanently, this company offers an excellent full benefits package. Our client is looking for someone that is professional, polished and reliable.

Job Requirements

The successful Administrative Assistant must have:

  • At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Top-notch customer service

  • MS Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Oracle is preferred, but not required.
