JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

BA/BS degree required, Computer Science or MIS concentration preferred.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years experience with one or more major system implementations as a key player, including substantial work in all phases of the application life-cycle; technical depth of expertise in at least one programming language and experience developing applications in that language; experience in configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of applications in an n-tier environment

  • Hands on experience in implementing an Integration solution using tools such as IBM Websphere MQ, Tibco, WebMethods, Boomi, etc.

  • System thinking – the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)

  • Should have experience working in an ERP environment such as JD Edwards, SAP, Infor, etc.

  • Knowledge of the business for which the enterprise architecture is being developed.

  • Knowledge of IT governance and operations.

  • Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic ability. Excellent consultative and communication skills. Excellent project management skills. Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand

  • Project and program management planning and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of or ability to learn and use modeling languages and techniques including Entity Relationship Diagrams, Unified Modeling Language, Process Maps, Value Stream Maps.

  • Ability to quickly learn and master multiple current and new technology environments

  • Time management and prioritization.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

Work Structure:

The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Strategy, which is responsible to oversee the development of strategic systems strategy and IT architecture (strategic blueprints, roadmaps, migration, application, standards and methods for Business, Application, Information and Technical Architecture) to achieve business, strategic and tactical plans for Post Consumer Brands.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the implementation of the Enterprise Architecture process, its models and practices, and engagement with business and IT teams; for enforcement of the Enterprise Architecture roadmap and IT policies; and for the long-term enhancement, integration and availability of systems to support the Post Consumer Brands Company business plans and strategies.
