Customer Service Supervisor
REHAU Inc, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Customer Service Supervisor for our Building Solutions Division based in our Minneapolis, MN sales office. We are seeking an experienced inside sales professional who thrives on building effective business relationships, has a customer-driven focus and strong follow-up skills.
Manages, mentors, and leads the inside sales team
Develops and implements best practices for improving efficiency through coordination with our sales, fabrication and manufacturing processes
Executes goals, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customers service levels
Resolves customer issues quickly and accurately
Promotes and manages relationships with current and new customers throughout the sales territory to increase sales
Processes, reviews and maintains incoming customer orders
Acts as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives
Participates in customer prospecting/initial contact activities, up-selling, and credit management
Manages customer claims process through REHAU database
Develops a working familiarity of the technical characteristics of the products we sell
Customer Service Supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience
Five or more years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Creative problem-solver with outstanding customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team
