  • Our Mortgage team* supports the nation's leading originator and servicer of residential mortgages.

Performs high level administrative support for a manager, department, and/or business unit(s).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • On-board new hires – physical orientation/on-boarding requirements, access and equipment

  • Off-board team members – retrieve equipment, delete building and system access

  • Proxy for Staff Management, IQN/MRS Tool and other systems

  • Scheduling candidate interviews, tracking panel participants, collecting, scanning, and reviewing interview guides

  • Presentation and other communication drafts creating and proofing (checking for content and brand errors)

  • Coordinate space for special events and other office functions

  • Using and coordinating video conferences across multiple locations

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports

  • Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers

  • May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.

  • Performing special projects as requested

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience

  • This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
