Greet customers and handle their inquiries in a time and friendly manner.
Respond to parker's assistance calls promptly and professionally
Accountable for balancing at the end of shift and completing cash our report
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous Customer Service skills a plus
Great attention to details and the ability multi-task.
Basic math skills
Computer knowledge a plus
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
The hours are, as needed from 4pm-8pm Monday through Friday and/or 4pm - Event’s end during select Riverside Events (weekends are a requirement.)
