An immediate part-time opening exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our parking team at our Milwaukee location.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and handle their inquiries in a time and friendly manner.

  • Respond to parker's assistance calls promptly and professionally

  • Accountable for balancing at the end of shift and completing cash our report

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous Customer Service skills a plus

  • Great attention to details and the ability multi-task.

  • Basic math skills

  • Computer knowledge a plus

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule

The hours are, as needed from 4pm-8pm Monday through Friday and/or 4pm - Event’s end during select Riverside Events (weekends are a requirement.)
