Down Etc Sales Administrative Assistant in Millbrae, California

We are a manufacturer of high-quality and luxury bedding products that are globally sourced and supplied to highly respected names in the hospitality industry. Located in Millbrae, we are a small group that works in an office that is dedicated, fast-paced, results-driven, energetic, entrepreneurial and with can-do attitude.

This position supports a sales department exclusively. May assist and oversee sales staff based in remote locations. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress, troubleshooting minor technical problems, maintaining department database records, and serving as a liaison between traveling sales representatives and staff based in the home office.

  • outbound sales activities which may include outbound calls, presentations, networking and lead follow-up

  • maintain current customers within assigned territories

  • generate leads and opportunities

  • project management ,update database/CRM

  • Bilingual is a plus (Mandarin, Cantonese or Spanish)

We are looking for candidates with Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and preferably with prior experience in sales. Candidates with strong business acumen, background, and experience are also considered. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, open to learning new things and desire to contribute to company growth. Candidates must have computer skills, knowledge of office productivity applications (MS Office suite, solid Excel skills), familiar with QuickBooks and ACT. Familiarity with industry business practices is a plus.
