Position Summary Position Summary and Special Duties -

SETUP - Preference will be given to best qualified candidate with a background in Plastics. Experience in Injection Molding Process along with a working knowledge of ENGEL, DEMAG, FERROMATIK-MILACRON machinery required.


•Responsible for the production operation of injection molding machines within the Injection Molding Dept.

•Daily servicing of both Mold and Machine, molding processing, mold start-up and installation and removal of molds.

•Process, troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude are required

•Must have a strong mechanical background and will be tasked to do basic trouble shooting and to communicate with the mechanics and the engineering group any machine issues.

•The candidate must have a working knowledge of variety of hand tools and will be asked to do color changes and work with the toolroom to communicate mold issues

•Demonstrate machine operating skills, maintain quality standards, perform 1st and last piece inspections.

•Understand Control Plans and Defect Criteria.

•Insure constant supply of parts, material and high quality levels at all times to avoid delays in production requirements..

•Maintain part containment systems; understand the operation of comet, picker and vacuum systems.

Required Skills and Experience Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
