Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Dell EMC business on Enterprise Accounts in Italy North District.

  • Work closely with management to implement a strong and stable growth strategy.

  • Create and lead to execution the strategic mid and long term development plan on the assigned portfolio of accounts.

  • Manage a team of Account Executives providing directions and guidance, supporting an ambitious growth plan and managing complex accounts.

  • Apply influence and negotiation skills to drive business results.

  • Drive strategic account management and pipeline development, leveraging a long term account planning approach.

  • Advocate for Dell EMC values and culture as great place to work and attract and retain team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Has In-depth understanding of customer/industry climate and high level solutions and technical knowledge. C-level Executive Networking.

  • People orientation with deep influencing and motivation skills.

  • Knows business trends of the Italian market. Long term vision being able to translate it to specific actions and plans.

  • Excellent financial acumen.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and in writing.
