If so, we want to hear from you. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the team as a Quality Analyst in OK City.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform process improvement projects and document improvements

  • Assist inspectors with first article inspection process, and supporting aspects of product repair processes with partner to include: review of repair, documentation accuracy, part specifications and drawings

  • Report supplier deficiencies

  • Use company designed continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances and determine root cause, identify corrective actions, and drive action owners to closure

  • Leading and communicating quality initiatives within the module cells

  • Utilize continuous improvement tools to support the cellular concept and make process enhancements

  • Audit process owner and conduct internal audits to verify operational compliance of the F135 HMC and PWOC

  • Meet business metrics as defined by Cells (Audits, Quality, Delivery and EH&S)

  • Perform reviews of work instruction, QMS procedure, cross-functional process, etc. as necessary

  • Assist a team of Quality Inspectors; set priorities and investigate to resolve issues with parts inspection and process audits

  • Quality focal for front shop and back shop repair issues

  • Data collection and analysis owner, QCPC owner

  • Travel may be up to 10%

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace or other technical field OR Master’s Degree and 1+ years of experience in same

  • US citizenship due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AS 9100/9110

  • ACE Associate or Six Sigma Green Belt

  • IETP/technical data understanding

  • Experience working with SAP

  • Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities

  • High energy, dynamic individual who strives for continuous improvement

  • Excellent judgment and professional maturity

  • Ability to create positive relationships and craft clear communications

  • Computer skills- Proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Project

  • Highly motivated and a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and pursue continued growth and developmental opportunities

  • Results focused work ethic to resolve issues in a timely manner
