Job Description

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking a Full Time Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator for their client located in Middletown, NY. The employee will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks to support the function of the client's organization.

Bookkeeping Duties:

  • Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Preparing customer invoices

  • Reconciling bank statements

  • Verifying financial reports

Payroll Duties:

  • Track attendance cards and timesheets

  • Running a bi-weekly payroll using ADP

  • Upload 401k processing

This is a full time,temp-to-hireopportunity that offers a flex schedule. It is paying $20-$25 per hour, based on experience. Please submit a resume and apply for consideration.

Job Requirements

What will set you up for success:

  • Candidatemusthave experience with QuickBooks and ADP software

  • Minimum of two years of professional accounting experience

  • Keen eye for detail and great with numbers

  • Advanced degree is preferred, but not required
