CSMC is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team. CSMC manufactures critical complex aerospace components for commercial and military engine programs. CSMC is a growing business with the opportunity to develop NGPF and JSF hardware utilizing a high variety of state-of-the-art machines, tools, and processes.

  • Process ownership for various manufacturing processes

  • Ownership of cost reduction and process improvement initiatives

  • New product and process development Strategic and EHS projects

  • Design and producibility reviews

  • Field support/repair development

  • Interaction with program office and customer support representatives

  • Daily production support.

  • Additional responsibilities may include representing CSMC for special events/initiatives

  • US Citizenship

Qualification:

Required Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a technical field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications -

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a technical field with 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Experience with CAPP, Solumina, SAP, and Unigraphics.

  • Operations experience.

  • Experience with coating/surface finishing processes a plus
