Under general direction of the Manager – Quality responsible for the overall integrity of customer orders. Checks the accuracy of the receiving stocking and order filling of products to ensure that what is delivered to the customer is as accurate as possible. This role is for overnight shift: 7 pm - 3:30 am Sunday through Thursday, in our Memphis compounding center. This position is categorized as compliance critical and as such requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division corporate and regulatory requirements. Directs the workflow motivates trains and monitors the performance of the Quality Assurance Clerks to ensure the order accuracy of shipments to ICS customers. Assists in the process of selection development and performance management for the Distribution Center associates in the daily activities occurring in the quality assurance area of the warehouse. Monitors work processes and makes suggestions for modifications in order to increase and improve productivity efficiency and accuracy for the purpose of improving costs and increased customer satisfaction; implements changes as directed or needed. Oversees the quality assurance staff in the daily task of double-checking orders intended to reduce the number of inaccurate orders delivered to ICS customers. Supports compliance with all appropriate policies procedures safety rules and regulations. Ensures the maintenance of highly detailed records documenting outgoing orders and tracks improvement of implemented quality control measures. Must be willing to work extended hours as required in order to meet productivity goals. Must be willing to participate in physical inventory as scheduled. Performs related duties as assigned Qualifications: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. ISO9000 compliance experience and ASQ CQA is a plus. A strong cGMP background required preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing field. Experience with compliance in DEA EPA DOT and Department of Commerce beneficial.
