Advertised Salary:

Minimum $48,072 ANNUAL (12 months)

Plus UW Medical Foundation

Degree and area of specialization:

MD or DO required.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

The ideal candidate will have Palliative Medicine experience and have completed an accredited palliative care fellowship training program.

License or Certificate:

Wisconsin Medical license.

Board certification or board eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is required.

Position Summary:

Provide patient care at UW Health clinics and inpatient palliative care wards. Multi-disciplinary team based approach serving diverse populations and disease types.
