Role Overview:

  • Requires theoretical knowledge as well as real-world experience in Multi-Media Strategy to acquire customers and strongly increase/impact response rates

  • Lead complex analyses of customer marketing initiatives. Continually monitor, track, and refresh analyses to measure success of key initiatives; conduct post-mortems and other operational analyses as needed.

  • Based on analysis, develops reports, proposals for action or implementation plans as necessary and presents to management.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns - understand their information needs and challenges, set up and measure testing, and translate results into actionable analysis and insights

  • Works independently in well-defined situations

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex analyses of customer marketing initiatives. Continually monitor, track, and refresh analyses to measure success of key initiatives; conduct post-mortems and other operational analyses as needed.

  • Based on analysis, develops reports, proposals for action or implementation plans as necessary and presents to management.

  • Collaborate with manager and stakeholders to create and execute long-term marketing strategy, focusing on customer Acquisitions and driving actions that improve the customer experience through increased response rates.

  • Investigate and evaluate marketing methods, consumer insights, advertising channels, and their results in an effort to continually improve results

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns - understand their information needs and challenges, set up and measure testing, and translate results into actionable analysis

  • Develop Marketing campaign strategies for driving new customer acquisition through a multi-media approach, beyond direct mail

  • Evaluate post-campaign results and communicate actionable learnings and insights for continuous improved performance.

  • Support consumer marketing campaigns and special projects as needed.

  • Ability to work effectively cross functionally across teams.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to ensure marketing programs stay on track with deliverables.

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding campaign performance, list selection opportunities, and success of new creatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or another analytical field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience. Advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • 3+ years directly related in Marketing Analytics and using multi-media strategy to drive new business. Such extensive experience preferred in the Insurance Industry.

  • Experience using data tools

  • Strong quantitative analysis, organizational, problem solving and project management skills

  • Ability to present data, visually and verbally, to guide conversations with business managers.

  • Proven track record of results delivery and strong attention to detail, evident in both oral and written communication skills

  • Project management of the process for developing analytical solutions regarding customer demographics, habits, motivations, targeting and acquisition etc. into actionable insights and recommendations for implementation

  • Evaluate post-campaign results and communicate actionable learnings and insights.

  • Support consumer marketing campaigns and special projects as needed.

  • Strong Ability to improve the customer experience throughout a solid acquisition process the individual will put in place and present findings to various levels of Senior Management
