The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, good computer skills, excellent customer service skills, very professional communication skills as well as some billing experience.GENERAL SUMMARY:This position is responsible for the day to day operation of assigned programs. Primary responsibility revolves around interactions with clients, families and other staff to provide information, arrange services and solve routine concerns. This position also manages data entry, routine communication, correspondence, service schedules, newsletter, appointments, calendars, financial transactions, resource arrangements/allocation and supply issues. There is a constant focus on maintaining efficiency, productivity and quality standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Billing of services to our clients; private pay, automobile insurance long-term care insurance. This includes preparing processing accurate statements and working with the billing department to ensure prompt and accurate posting of payments.Supports day to day operation in an independent manner completing intakes, scheduling service arrangements documenting in client records.Interacts with clients/families and employees to independently handle concerns including issues with services and schedules.Manages all data entry and client/staff records. Independently manages processes arrangements. Ensuring accuracy for billing and payroll processes.Represents department at events and provides presentations as scheduled. Routinely initiates efficiency and quality improvement efforts related to daily assignments.Shares on call rotation after hours.Performs other office duties as assigned.STANDARD QUALIFICATIONSEducation / Training: Training in office billing procedures in all aspects. Extensive expertise in computer applications required.Work Experience:3-5 years' experience with billing /scheduling in the Healthcare arena preferred.Other Qualifications: Great customer service required. Experience with ADL/Kinnser preferred.
