Job Description Summary:
Working under routine supervision, the incumbent is responsible for on-boarding Direct to Work commercial and non-commercial Company drivers. This includes gathering and maintaining documentation, ordering pre-employment screenings and meeting Company and DOT requirements prior to driver hire.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather and maintain all required DOT and Company paperwork for applicants using multiple systems ensuring DOT requirements are met before hire.
Develop and maintain relationships with applicants through verbal and written communication to ensure engagement through onboarding process.
Compose pertinent electronic documentation for safety and compliance personnel using internal and external systems required for Company policies and DOT regulations.
Utilize Company systems to document all contact with applicants to improve internal communications and maintain compliance.
Order applicant’s pre-employment screenings using Company software to ensure DOT and company standards are met.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
6 months related experience and/or training
